SITE AGENT

Minimum 12 years of experience in similar industry or 6 years of experience with the relevant
Diploma/Degree.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as project
planning and scheduling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the construction team.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical
documents.
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction
industry
Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
No travel to different sites is required, as our projects are in one location.

SITE SENIOR SUPERVISOR

Candidates with a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma,
Graduate Diploma, or an equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
are preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar construction supervisory role or 4 years of
experience with the relevant Diploma/Degree.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ability to work well in a team and provide mentorship to junior staff.
Proficient in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

JUNIOR SITE SUPERVISOR/SITE SUPERVISOR

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Infrastructure, Construction Management, or Building
Management is preferred.
Preferably 1 year of experience in a related field, with onsite supervision experience.

Fresh graduates passionate about the construction field are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of measurement tools and layout preparation.
Training and guidance will be provided for this role.
Proficient in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
No travel to different sites is required, as our projects are in one location. (Based in Puchong)

SENIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVE

Candidate possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in contract drafting, review, and analysis, with attention to detail and a keen eye for
accuracy
Experience in a Construction Company and/or property developer is an added advantage.
Proficient in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Based at HQ (KL)

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Preferably 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to operate quantity surveying software
is an added advantage.
Proficient in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
